DO I EAT IT OR PUT IT ON MY SKIN?

I’m a big fan of foods that double as skin care ingredients. My rule for skin care is, if it’s not edible, I’m not putting it on my face. I shop for my skin care ingredients mostly in the fruit and vegetable section of the store. I know, most people are skeptical about using fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and honey on their face, but edible is the way to go. When using fresh ingredients, you have the comfort of knowing that you are in total control of what you're putting on your skin. Always opt for organic when selecting edible ingredients.
