Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Orders $50.00 or more qualify for Free Shipping.
When will I receive my products?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days after order has been processed.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Shea BODYWORKS ships to all 50 states & APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping.
What should I do if I receive the wrong products?
Sometimes we make mistakes with shipping orders, so if you ever receive the wrong products please email us. Send email to saidah@sheabodyworks.com and notify us of the error and we will then ship out the correct order.
Can I change my shipping address once I place an order?
Yes, email us immediately the correct shipping address and we will make the necessary changes on the account. Please note that we are not responsible for the order once it has been shipped to the incorrect address.
My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned in by USPS or UPS. Please check with your mail carrier to see if package was actually delivered. What is the shelf life?
Product shelf life is 12 months.
Is your Shea Butter organic?
Yes, we use 100% Grade A Raw Organic Unrefined Shea Butter. Also, we use Fair Trade Shea Butter.
Are all of your products Vegan?
No, we have a mix of vegan and non-vegan products. Please select vegan products from the shopping menu to see all of the vegan products we have available.
Are your products kid & family friendly?
Yes! Our products can be used by the entire family.
Can the Happy Hands & Feet Balm be used on the entire body?
Yes, the natural ingredients are mild enough to use on the body. We have a lot of customers that use the balm as a body moisturizer.
What is your wholesale pricing?

Why is the balm so different?
The texture is different because we do not add any preservatives. In the summer the balms are lighter, however in the winter, the balms tend to be heavier.
Can the Twilight Facial oil be used during the day?
Absolutely! If you have extremely dry skin, we recommend using it in the morning as well. Also, if you have dry patches on your face, it can be used as a spot treatment during the day.
If the balm has melted is it still good?
Absolutely. To solidify balm, store in refrigerator until it the oil becomes a solid.
